Service Description

*This course is only available for SAOTS students. Ages 3-5 Fridays 12-12:45pm Jan.9- Apr. 17 (total of 12 classes) No class on Jan. 23 or Feb. 13. This uplifting class for children will include music, movement, and partner poses in an engaging yoga flow that's just for kids! Little ones will have fun while building strength, focus, and emotional regulation in a supportive environment. Please bring a yoga mat to each class. Space is limited to 12 children. Registration is required.
