Service Description

*This course is only available for SAOTS students. Ages 3-5 Wednesdays 1-1:30pm *No class 11/11 and 11/25 This uplifting class for children will include music, movement, and partner poses in an engaging yoga flow that's just for kids! Little ones will have fun while building strength, focus, and emotional regulation in a supportive environment. Please bring a yoga mat to each class. Space is limited to 12 children. Registration is required.
